Windows

  • Remove any marks, fingerprints, and oily stains
  • Wipe down to prevent streaks when drying
  • Dust off and clean windowsills
  • Wipe down frames
  • Dust off blinds, curtains, and shades

Oven and Appliances

The Dishwasher:

  1. Clean the dishwasher of food and soap deposits.
  2. Remove all dirt, mildew, and food deposits.
  3. Inspect and clean filters.
  4. Wipe the rubber seal.
  5. Wipe the soap dispenser drawer and remove marks and stains.
  6. Wipe down handles.

The Washing Machine:

  1. Clean the drum from leftovers and stains.
  2. Inspect the rubber seal.
  3. Wipe the soap dispenser drawer and remove marks and stains.
  4. Clean handles.

The Tumble Dryer:

  1. Clean inside and out.
  2. Inspect the rubber seal.
  3. Clean the soap dispenser drawer.
  4. Inspect and clean the filter.

Ovens and Microwaves:

  1. Clean and de-grease the oven, extractor fan, hob, and grill.
  2. Clean and de-grease the microwave.
  3. Scrub off food deposits and grime.
  4. Clean grill pan and oven racks.
  5. Clean the inner of both the oven and microwave.
  6. Inspect and wipe the rubber seals.
  7. Inspect and wipe all buttons.
  8. Clean the exterior and remove stains and marks.

The Toaster:

  1. Clean, wipe, and polish the exterior.
  2. Remove any food deposits and bread crumb leftovers.
  3. Clean within as much as possible.
  4. De-grease handles.
  5. Remove grime.

    • Please note that we do not wash or clean painted walls.
  2. Exterior Cleaning Exclusions:

    • Our end-of-tenancy cleaning service does not cover the property’s exterior areas, such as gardens, garages, or balconies.
  3. Property Must Be Empty:

    • For end-of-tenancy cleaning, your property must be completely empty before our crew begins cleaning. This requirement ensures effective professional cleaning.
  4. Exception for Occupied Flats/Houses:

    • If it’s impossible to empty your flat or house, please store your possessions together in a room or corner.
  5. Refrigerator Defrosting:

    • Prior to our arrival, the refrigerator will need to be defrosted.
  6. Service Guarantee:

    • Our service guarantee is valid for 72 hours after the cleaning is completed. While it’s highly unlikely that anything will be missed during the initial service, if you notice any issues within 72 hours, please notify us, and we’ll arrange a re-clean of your rental property.

To ensure optimal results for your move-out cleaning, please make sure to empty and defrost the refrigerator and freezer approximately 24 hours before the service begins. If the fridge/freezer is still frozen when the technician arrives, it may not be able to clean it thoroughly.
